Parts Specialist
Responsibilities:

Report overages, shortages, or damaged items to parts manager.

Record and post parts issued to proper repair orders.
-
Notify lead if the customer removed accessories for the parts area.
-
Perform custodial duties such as: sweeping, mopping, and dusting as required.
-
Setup orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
-
Occasionally assist management in replenishment of sold inventory.
-
Work with supervisor to ensure that parts and equipment that are requisitioned by maintenance.
-
Ensure work area is kept in a clean and in an orderly fashion.

Responsible for receiving parts, labeling parts, and placing them in inventory.
-
Review tasks performed by clerks throughout the shift and identify opportunities for improvements to training methods and communicate to supervisors.

Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
-
Work with others to compile records concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
-
Ensure that all incomplete tasks are documented and conveyed via accepted method of handoff between shift changes.

Serve as a reference point and mentor to the team in all aspects of stockroom operations that are applicable to their respective job classifications.

Log processed work into computer program or tracking system as required.

Responsible for order entry and order management for domestic and international customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in business preferred but not needed

Experience with agricultural tractor mechanics
-
Demonstrated time management and problem solving skills.

A multitasker and leader with a positive attitude.

Is comfortable running expense control and working with balance sheets.

Fluency in products and services.

A natural leader with sound attention to details.

Experience with POS systems, R Language, and Computing.

Pay:

Starts at 12/hr. based on experience
